{"id":"am:am_archnts","title":"Bekrachtigde archeologienota’s en nota’s","description":"Deze laag toont de polygonen van de gebieden die onderzocht werden in functie van de opmaak van bekrachtigde archeologienota’s en nota’s. Conform hoofdstuk 5 van het Onroerenderfgoeddecreet van 12 juli 2013 zijn dergelijke bekrachtigde archeologienota’s en nota’s in bepaalde gevallen verplicht te bekomen in functie van de aanvraag van een omgevingsvergunning of als voorwaarde bij het verkrijgen van een omgevingsvergunning. De bekrachtigde archeologienota’s en nota’s bevatten in hoofdzaak twee elementen:\n  -        de resultaten van een archeologisch vooronderzoek;\n  -        en de maatregelen die nodig zijn om de wetenschappelijke kennis te vrijwaren die vervat zit in het eventueel aanwezige archeologisch erfgoed dat bedreigd is met vernieling door de uitvoering van de omgevingsvergunning.  \n\nAlle
