{"id":"am:am_patdat","title":"Openbare bossen en natuurdomeinen beheerd door ANB in naam van de Vlaamse overheid","description":"De laag ‘Openbare bossen en natuurdomeinen beheerd door Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos (ANB)’ bevat de gronden die door het Agentschap beheerd worden.\nDit zijn: \n- gronden verworven, in erfpacht of beheer gegeven of gehuurd door het ANB, \n- bossen van publieke eigenaars (‘openbare bossen’) waar ten gevolge van het Bosdecreet (Art. 45) het technisch beheer uitgevoerd wordt door het ANB, \n- eigendommen van Defensie waarvoor een samenwerkingsprotocol Natuurbeheer is gesloten.\nGronden in eigendom van ANB waar derden zakelijke rechten hebben (concessie, beheeroverdracht, pacht, …) worden in deze laag niet getoond.\nVoor de percelen waar ANB het volledige beheer uitoefent, zijn de contactgegevens van de beheerder meegegeven.\n\nDe gronden worden in eerste instantie ingetekend op basis van de Administratieve percelen van het kadaster (versie 2019). Waar slechts delen van percelen in beheer zijn, wordt dit bijgewerkt op basis van de meest recente luchtfoto. Ook niet-gekadastreerde gronden van openbare eigendommen worden aan de hand van luchtfoto’s ingetekend.\nVoor de verspreiding, worden de individuele percelen samengevoegd (geaggregeerd) op basis van domein en regio. De data worden ter beschikking gesteld aan iedereen die ze kan gebruiken en worden maandelijks
