Voor bestaande molensites en de overige onbenutte sluizen, nemen we aan dat er geen bijkomend potentieel zal gerealiseerd worden. Voor de inschatting van het potentieel baseren we ons op het gemiddeld potentieel op sluizen in Limburg uit de studie over de inventarisatie van het waterkrachtpotentieel van de vzw TSAP uit 1996. De resultaten worden voorgesteld per gemeente. De cijfers per gemeente kunnen ook geraadpleegd worden in de bijgevoegde
