Telkens werd gebruik gemaakt van de meest recente publiek beschikbare gegevens. Voor meer informatie over de gebruikte gegevensbronnen en kengetallen wordt verwezen naar het rapport. De totalen per gemeente worden hier uitgedrukt per eenheid van oppervlakte. De cijfers per gemeente kunnen ook geraadpleegd worden in de bijgevoegde
