Ook de schorsingen en vernietigingen van de Raad van State zijn hierin verwerkt.\nElk plan wordt afgebakend door zijn contour. Deze contour betreft de geometrische omhullende van alle bevattende lagen van het plan. Er is conceptueel beslist om rondom eventuele lijnelementen die niet binnen een grondvlak voorkomen, een buffer te tekenen om toe te laten die op te nemen binnen de omhullende contour. Aan deze plancontourlaag worden de administratieve gegevens van het plan in de attributen opgenomen.\n\nDe contouren zijn in deze dataset beschikbaar voor zover ze al zijn opgeladen door het betreffende bestuur, dat eigenaar is van de data en verantwoordelijk voor de
