{"id":"ps:ps_duin","title":"Beschermde gebieden Duinendecreet","description":"Dit bestand toont de digitale afbakeningen van beschermde gebieden die in het kader van het Duinendecreet van 14 juli 1993 (Belgisch staatsblad van 31/08/1993) werden aangeduid en bekrachtigd bij de decreet van 21 december 1994 en 29 november 1995 en recent door het Besluit van de Vlaamse regering van 19 september 2008 (Belgisch staatsblad van 29/10/2008) minimaal werden aangepast. In het decreet werden binnen de beschermde gebieden twee categorieen onderscheiden, namelijk 'voor het duingebied belangrijk landbouwgebied' en 'beschermd duingebied'. De bescherming berust op vier criteria: oppervlakte, ruimtelijk-ecologische context, biologische waarde en
